Week #1 - Education
In Week 1 you will learn what it takes to get a deal, the step by step process for getting deals, the different exit strategies, negotiation, and how to get the deal under contract. You will know exactly what to do to get off market deals in your area and how the business model works.
Week #2 - Action
In week 2, we will get your first marketing out the door and I can guarantee you that you'll get leads if you follow the steps in this training. Real estate investing is a simple business and once you learn how to get your first couple of leads you can scale it up from there.
Week #3 - Evaluation
Week 3 is all about evaluating deals and getting them under contract, no matter how much money or experience you have. I will show you exactly how I evaluate deals and what I look for in a deal. By the end of this week you will be able to evaluate deals in 10 minutes or less.
Week #4 - Closing
Week 4 is all about getting to closing and getting paid. Once you have a deal under contract, congrats! However there are still potential pitfalls along the way to getting to a smooth closing. We will go over the steps to ensure everything goes as planned so that you can find more deals.
